Roofing Sales Professional Full-Time
This isn’t a ‘sales job.’ It’s a trust job. At OKC Roofers, sales is about educating homeowners, walking them through their options, and earning their confidence — not pressuring them into a decision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations and 18-point drone inspections
  • Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and financing
  • Build lasting relationships in OKC metro neighborhoods
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract

  • Manage multiple residential and commercial roofing projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and insurance adjusters
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure code compliance
  • Communicate project updates to homeowners proactively

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction project management preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Knowledge of Oklahoma building codes is a plus
